  • Remove bathroom/toilets

We are buying an old house that was once used as a hotel and it has many extra bathrooms that are not needed. On the ground floor, there is what would be the toilets for guests - three stalls and a pair of sinks. We would like to get the whole lot removed and made good, so the space can be used as an office. What sort of cost would that be?

I do have a 1.8 x 1.6m shower room without a toilet and I am planning to add one. Will it be possible to fit in and also the soil pipe/vent is at the back of the house and the shower room is in front. This is a midterrace house. If possible, how much will it be? Just a rough estimate. Thanks

    Bathroom Sealant

Looking to remove the old silicone and reseal for a fresher look. What do you advise as the best bathroom sealant for around the shower tray, window and vanity/ sink unit. Looking into CT1, BT1 and Dowsil 785, struggling to separate them. Any comment or recommendations would be appreciated. Thanks

    Ensuite shower removal

Hi, My master bedroom has a bodge job ensuite shower in what was initially a cupboard. It's badly fitted in and beyond saving. I'm interested in the what the steps would be to return it what to a cupboard again. The electric shower has been ripped out with a hole left in it's place. There's tiling, a light and no window and badly fitted shower floor. Thanks
