Can you recommend a mixer tap for a bathroom sink that helps to save water? I've found gadgets that you can add on, but are there taps with devices already fitted?

Extractor fan out through the eaves

We have a bathroom extractor fan venting into our insulated loft space. We want to get it sorted and we were told by a tradesperson they could run the extractor fan out through the eaves. I've read online that going through the eaves is a bad for mould as the moisture can condense there. Is this a good idea or should I ask to go through the soffit? Thanks in advance.

Does a shower need to go in a corner?

Does a shower need to be located in a corner of the bathroom or can it technically go anywhere? We have a good-sized room and are planning a walk in shower, so I think it should take centre stage.

    Bathroom renovation tile tips

Hi there, I’m designing a bathroom renovation that I have in mind (it’s just the basics right now but I’m hoping to hire a professional to help with the design with a bit of essential input on my part). I’d like to know whether large tiles can help a small bathroom look larger? Also, just curious if the opposite is also true?
