Bathroom mixer taps that save water

Can you recommend a mixer tap for a bathroom sink that helps to save water? I've found gadgets that you can add on, but are there taps with devices already fitted?

If you don’t have any, get them installed. It also helps to maintain a steady water pressure to other parts of the property. It’s also a good idea to do the same to the kitchen sink, which often steals water pressure from the shower…"

"We use Bristan or Grohe taps which have spout filters and inlet valves should be installed on the inlet pipes which can be regulated to required flow rate.
There are auto shut off taps, more for schools, pubs etc.
Showers mixers have better flow controls as water use is greater."
