Do I need to replace an old roof before a new one can be installed?
cost of replacing a 8-10 clay roof titles replaced in north of England
I would like to have 8-10 clay roof tiles replaced. The current ones on my roof are out of date and worn beyond repair. I am based in the north of England. What sort of price might I be looking at to have a professional contractor replace these tiles?
Leaking Guttering
A part of guttering has been replaced to a new front section. When it rains, it is now leaking quite heavily in one or two places. Not sure if it’s under or over the guttering, but the water is running down the brickwork, which it never did before. Any idea what the problem might be and how to resolve the issue.
Changing colour tiles
Hi are you allowed to change colour of roof tiles in your area ? My neighbour is getting a new roof at the front of the house but is going from the brown tiles to grey . As we are joint neighbours I think this will look and eyesight and not inkept with the rest of the area .many thanks Ann .
