recommended types of soffits and fascias for durability

There are multiple issues with the soffits and fascias on my roof and I figure it's time to replace them. What is the best type of soffits and fascias I should purchase based on durability?

"Hi, it's always best to use UPVC but obviously it all depends on the colour as you have to take the sun and heat into consideration for e.g. white will not fade but Brown or black will fade it's colour faster."

"Kestrel and Eurocell are one of the best in the business they are very durable however a lot depends on how they are fitted as well to make sure that you are leaving the correct space for one the material to breathe and to for it to expand and detract"
