I need two three metre valleys above an A frame bay window frontage. The new valleys will need existing tiles to be cut to form an open valley. No access problems ladder work only. what is a ball park estimate for this work

My neighbour is replacing his roof, as we are terraced property they have split the houses in half. How much to remove a ‘fake’ chimney
We have a fake brick chimney stack on our property which was apparently required for planning regulations when it was built twenty years ago.
