"Sarnafil single ply is joined with a hot weld gun on all overlaps it is a very expensive finish for a roof but does carry a very long guarantee, however same as any product they are only as good as the trademan fitting them, long guarantee poorly fitted won’t last as long as a felt or rubber roof that is fitted by someone who is competent in their trade,

"This is single ply membrane layer with plugs into installation and screwed due. With 150 mm screwd then the laps are welded down with a heat gun
