How to freshen up a property's roof?

Aside from replacing tiles and other fittings, how else can I freshen up and revitalise the look of my property’s roof?

"Some people power wash roofs and spray them but I’m strongly against it. Better biting the bullet with a new roof knowing everything will be safe and secure for another 30-40 years"

"You can scrape all moss off the roof, and spray it with Antifungal spray. What that does is stop moss from growing back. That’s one Solution, or you can just replace the roof with new tiles"

"Power wash and maintain regularly by annual diagnosis. Keep on top of all that needs addressing to ensure your roof stays in the absolute best condition it can possibly get."

"I wouldn't use a jet wash but i would consider having all moss and debris left by birds removed, have the gutters and fascia's replaced and the lead replaced if you have a valley or lots of flashings. this will brighten the look of your roof and make it look almost brand new."

"If its concrete tiles blast them with a power wash to clean then coat it with one of the many roof sealers which are colour and coded after making sure that all pointing is secure. Works a treat looks like a new roof bingo"
