If eave trays have been fitted by nailing them on top of the felt will this a) cause any problems b) if yes, what kind of problems c) can these problems be rectified easily without incurring massive costs e.g. the need for more scaffolding etc Many thanks

How much will it cost to build a new flat roof. This will include new joist, plywood boards. and with new fibre glass coating. The measurements of the roof r approx 6metre by 5metre. Thanks
Best roof to replace asbestos on garage
What's the best replacement for an asbestos roof on a garage? It's a concrete garage which is in relatively good condition, but we'll need to keep material and labour costs down as much as possible due to the price of getting the asbestos removed.
