Flat roof labour cost

How much can I expect to pay for labour on a twenty one square foot flat rubber one piece roof with fascia and gutter

All charge £100 per square metre for multi layer Torch on felt.
fibreglass is £130 per square metre. 
This includes decking out with OSB TNG boards

Sometimes the price may vary if the roof is quite small genuinely, this price would work for any roofs over 20 m²

I would do the job for around 3k max. 
All fully replaced and we are approved installers

A good labourer is around £100 a day anything lower and they will be half hearted

£3000 strip old and re roof and replace old Fascia’s access is also a big part and height of flat roof
