Hoe much to change one old radiator valve

How much to change one valve? It’s heavily rounded off and unbleedable… Only one radiator needs replacing, possibly two as a second one is getting temperamental and if it’s more cost effective to do 2 for calling a plumber out. Thanks

    Water tank room

Over the back of where I live there is a block of flats that has a water tank room and I've noticed the last few weeks there is a constant humming noise and vibration coming from it that I can here and feel from my house. Its got worse each day. I have reported it to the company who manage the block of flats and they said they sent an engineer to inspect it and he couldn't here anything witch is ridiculous and he must be toned death. Do you think there is a fault and should I report it to the environmental health at my local council?

Noisy Pipes When Shower is Used

We've been having problems with what I assume is our boiler. When we use the shower we can hear the pipes underneath rattling really loudly and a chugging and propeller type noise that sounds like it’s hitting something. The noise used to be much more subtle and only came on when we had the heater on, I think this is also affecting our water pressure in the shower. The problem has gotten worse over the past few months. What could it be?

Install an integrated dishwasher where there is none at present

I have decided to install a dishwasher. This would be a brand-new installation, a dishwasher does not currently exist in the kitchen at present. So in one of the units to the one side of the sink, this is where the new dishwasher would go and I’m hoping that an integrated dishwasher, possibly slimline, can go into this space. My concerns are: How can this be undertaken and coordinated, considering that there is plumbing work, electricity considerations, and I’m hoping that I can use the same existing kitchen cabinet door as a cover for it, as I believe it would be difficult to find this exact covering in the market. How can this project come to fruition from a logistical standpoint? I’m finding it really frustrating as most white gold suppliers and other kitchen installation businesses, only include the installation itself, but not installation from scratch like in this case. Would very much appreciate your advice. Ana

Do plumbers offer out of hours emergency services?

I don’t have an emergency right now but just wondering, who could I contact if a plumbing emergency arose, and especially if it happened at all hours, like four in the morning? Would just be good to know in case. You can never be too safe! Thank you!
