How to increase hot water pressure

We've got a gravity system with the tank in the loft and the pressure at the kitchen sink is really poor on the hot side. What are the options to improve it?

"Low hot water pressure can be caused by blocked filters, faulty pressure reducing valves, limescale build-up, partially closed isolation valves, or issues with your boiler/cylinder setup. First check if the issue affects all taps or only one. If it’s throughout the property, it may need investigation by a plumber or heating engineer."

"The best solution would be to fit a universal pump on the hot water side.
Works under negative and positive pressures which would benefit with the tank being situated in loft."
