What is everyone else paying for tool insurance? If you've had stuff stolen, do you have much issue actually getting the money out of the insurance company for replacements?
Our brick driveway has moss and green algae on it. Can you pressure wash brick without dislodging the jointing sand or is there a better approach? How much would a pro cost instead of doing it myself?

We want garage conversion to an office, (half of the garage - so keeping the original door and the front half used as a garage) what type of wall do we need to build in making the partitian? The wall around the garage (all sides) is a blockwork construction, its a structural wall. I wont be knocking any walls down as part of this work, just cutting a single doorway.
