How much is k rend per square metre

Planning to have the house rendered with k rend. How much is it without labour per square metre?

Hi,
K-rend is a manufacturer of many different render products, not a render system specifially. If you would like a quote, its best to book a design survey with a render specialist that can specify a suitable render product and a job price, as other factors such as scaffolding etc take a play in  putting a quote together.

How much is k rend per square metre (materials only)?

For K Rend (materials only), you’re typically looking at:

* £8 – £15 per m² depending on the system and thickness

That would usually include:

* Basecoat
* Mesh
* Primer
* Topcoat finish

Keep in mind:

* Prices vary depending on the supplier and colour choice
* Some systems (like silicone finishes) cost more
* You’ll also need beads, trims, and extras on top

With labour:

* More realistically £45 – £70+ per m² all in depending on access and prep work

Preparation is key with K Rend—bad prep is usually why people get cracking or failure later on.

Basic monocouche k rend only £8 - £15 m2
Base coat + mesh , primer, k rend finish. - £12 - £20
