    Rubber underlay epoxy issues

    We have a concrete floor with underfloor heating. The concrete is dry. We are having issues when laying the glue down rubber underlay as it expands when bonding with the epoxy or curls up unexpectedly/unevenly in places and the exposure the drains into the space and makes ridges. How do we stop this from happening? We are installing a hardwood glue down floor over it.

    Replace ceiling vs Skim Over

    Hi - looking for some advice/thoughts. We're in the process of moving into a new home. In two of the rooms is a textured/dappled finish on the ceiling. Is it better to take off this finish completely and then put up new plasterboard and skim over? Or, is it possible to just skim over the current textured finish? Depending on what you think is the best approach how much do you think it would cost for this to be done in two rooms? Room 1 = 3.96m x 3.51m Room 2 = 2.51m x 1.85m Is this a big job? Does it take long to complete? Thanks in advance.
