There are some oil patches on our block paving from where a car was leaking that have been there a while. Is there anything that actually works to remove old oil from block paving?

"Hi I’ve recently been back to a block paving driveway I did last year , where he’s car leaked oil ,just took them out about fouty and then took some out from other places and mixed in the new ones,power washed it all re sanded it and sealed it looks brand new now
There’s a product that cleans oil and tar off certain surfaces but not sure if it would work on blocks
Its called enviro clean which I got from Gemini driveway suppliers near Accrington, good look 👍"
