Commercial window fitting cost per window

I own a small shop with a flat above and the front windows all need replacing. Do fitters price commercial work differently to domestic, and what should I budget per window?

Depending on the location and accessibility to the windows, if permits are required, skips, etc, I would guess without seeing anything that you would be best to estimate approximately £700-£1000 per window. Again that's a complete guesstimate without seeing any pictures etc.

They can range from different prices .

No , it still falls under domestic as the windows installed are standers compared to a shopfront where safety is a concern , the installation will be the same but safety measures will need to be put in place as it’s a shopfront all windows can be finnished from inside depending on the standers of fitter .
