Commercial window fitting cost per window

I own a small shop with a flat above and the front windows all need replacing. Do fitters price commercial work differently to domestic, and what should I budget per window?

"Depending on the location and accessibility to the windows, if permits are required, skips, etc, I would guess without seeing anything that you would be best to estimate approximately £700-£1000 per window. Again that's a complete guesstimate without seeing any pictures etc."
