    We are looking at an apartment that has one bathtub run on immersion heat and the other on electric power shower. We would like to only have immersion in use, and want to know, if there is already an immersion installed in the flat, with hot water already running to the tap in the bathroom in question, how much would it cost to replace the electric power shower with a line to the hot water immersion?

    I have a large bay window sill to paint approx 1.5m x 2m and I have tried to do this twice now only to have the same result... by the time I have cut in and started to fill in the middle the paint has started to dry and makes a mess when I get to the end. Is there a good Satin/EggShell paint that doesn't dry so quick and follows well that it allows you to paint the whole sill before it dry's out?
