"A standard roof inspection typically costs between £95 and £195, depending on the size and complexity of the roof. However, if you’re considering having repair work or a roof replacement completed by us, we can often provide the inspection and quotation free of charge.

Our roof inspection includes:

* A thorough visual inspection of the roof covering, ridge tiles, flashing, chimneys, valleys, fascias, soffits and guttering.
* Checking for broken, slipped or missing tiles/slates and any signs of leaks or water ingress.
* Where safe access is available, we inspect the roof structure and identify any potential issues before they become costly repairs.
* We provide honest advice, photographs (where possible), and a clear written quotation if any work is required.

If you’d like to arrange an inspection, we’d be happy to schedule a convenient time for you.

Kind regards,"

"It is conducted by a visit from myself (jay) and will assess the area of interest and the price of the inspection is varied by type of house, location and size"

"You could phrase it more professionally as:

I visited the property and noted that the following works are required:

* Replacement/repair of the guttering.
* Completion of the cladding.
* Resealing and finishing of all relevant areas.
* Removal and disposal of all rubbish and waste materials.

These items should be completed to bring the property to a satisfactory standard.

Or, in a shorter format:

Following my visit to the property, the guttering and cladding require completion, all areas need to be resealed and finished, and all rubbish must be removed from the site."
