Replace Bath with Walk-In Shower
Martin at MG Contractors Ltd Fitted a shower tray and screen for me in December 2025 He left me with a leaking screen and I have been calling and messing him since to get it sorted. He came out in February and added further sealant but that did not sort it . I sent him a video to show it was still leaking . I have screen shot all the messages I sent to him and received from him (I dont think Im allowed to include them in my review) saying he hasnt fogotten about me he is just busy and he will come back to fix it when he gets time . Surely this is not good practice. Thats coming up to 5 months now I think I have been very patient . I did not want to leave a review because I have a feeling he wont come out at all now but maybe he had no intention of coming back to fix it . I read the reviews he gets, he told me when I was hiring him he got a lot of 5 star reviews , surely I cant be the only one having problems with this man Martin. He is dodging all my calls and text messages now. Ive tryed emailing the company ,whats app and text as well as messages through Myjobquote I am getting no response . I am hoping my home insurance may help. Im not sure where to go from here.
Paint Two Storey House Guttering
After Martin made contact and photos were sent he was able to give me a quote and timescale which meant the work would go ahead as quickly as I needed it to. True to his word the work took place as arranged. I am very pleased with the results and the price which included a branded paint. I will definitely retain his number for any future work.
