I don’t normally leave reviews, but these guys deserve every bit of praise. From the moment I first contacted Niki, everything was handled professionally. He always answered the phone, kept me updated, turned up exactly when he said he would, and delivered everything he promised. The workmanship on my conservatory roof is absolutely first class. You can tell they genuinely care about doing a proper job rather than rushing through it. They worked incredibly hard every day, barely stopping, and just got on with it until the job was done. They kept the whole area clean and tidy throughout the work and removed every bit of rubbish and leftover material before they left. Nothing was too much trouble, and the attention to detail was outstanding. Finding reliable tradespeople these days can be difficult, but Niki and his team have completely restored my faith. They were honest, hardworking, polite, and their quality of work is second to none. I’m absolutely over the moon with the finished result and will 100% be using Intaroof again for work on my other properties. Intraroof were the fastest to respond to my enquiry. Had a gap the following week so booked me in for the following Wednesday, turned up and replaced my garage roof in one day, took loads of pictures so everything was transparent, the work had a 10 year guarantee, 10/10 would recommend

Niki was professional throughout, excellent knowledge and practical in suggesting a costbeffective way of reviving a flat garage roof. The price was fair and reasonable, and site was inspected before departure and left very neat, clean and tidy. I would hire Intaroof again without hesitation.

Niki was very quick to provide a quote and carried out the work within a week or so. He replaced an asbestos corrugated garage roof with a corrugated concrete roof. Unfortunately due to the age of the original, the profile was different on the new roof and as the overlap was not sealed, the roof now leaks more than it did before we started. I contacted Niki on more than 1 occasion who said it could not be rectified due to the constant rain. I totally understand this. It is now 4 weeks since the job was done and I have had no further contact. Reluctantly, I have another roofer coming to rectify the situation.

Niki Williams and Aaron, were excellent. They came across a few extra problems, well large problems, but Niki, took it all in his stride and resolved the problems. It also took longer than the one day he quoted to do the job due to the weather, but he didn't moan. They cleaned up perfectly. I would recommend him definitely.
