Replace Conservatory Polycarbonate Roof
The firms boss Stephen Maloney came and did a survey for the job it was for a NEW roof on our conservatory which we agreed a price and paid for by transfer.His workers came did the work on 30/8/25.I discovered next day that they used 2 of the old dirty panels on the roof .When i contacted Stephen he agreed to replaced these panels and i was happy to accept this arrangment.After he had failed to turn up for 6+ appointments to rectify the situation i complained to the agency. Stephen then rang and made appointment which he dident turn up for and so followed FIVE more made not cancelled no shows I cannot understand how anyone can treat someone this way for something so minor Stephen had told me it was only one hours work There was a 10 year Guarantee attached to the work figure ?
