Is the council notified/must the council be notified prior to a tree surgeon working on a tree on a busy road?
We have a relative with tall, overgrown beech hedging which needs significant work to cut it back and maintain it. It's too high for us to tackle. We've been told to ask a tree surgeon to do it. How much should we expect to pay for initial work and for ongoing maintenance as we'll need to work it into our budget? I'd say the hedge runs for at least 30 metres.
