Bonding tray sits too high for tiles
I live in a terraced house 2nd house End house neighbour has just had a new roof with 25mm batons mine are 19 mm. The bonding tray in between sits on his batons therefore I have a drop, my tiles are now all risen up to sit on tray creating a v in 2nd row of tiles. He’s now plugged each gap in my tiles with mortar as refusing to correct problem. I didn’t agree to any changes to my roof during next doors new roofing process. Where do I stand as both being unreasonable.

Roof tiles not lying flat
We've removed moss from our cottage roof but some of the tiles aren't lying flat. They look a bit rustic and I think they're made of clay. Is this normal or do they need replacing?

Hi - the existing cement flashing has failed around a chimney breast, cracks have opened up over time. Is it ok to put new lead flashing over the existing cement or do you have to remove cement first? Thanks
