6m valley in spare roof

How much would it roughly cost to replace a 6m lead valley on a slate roof the valley is 300 mm wide

"It will depend what access is like and it could be repaired if lead it could be lead welded that what we normally do lead only fails if it’s been put in place in one length it should only be putting at 1.5 metre lengths as gravity pulls down and stretches the lead and you end up with splits"

"If your valley is 300mm wide you would need 15inc lead code 4 at least with 6 meters long then you would need more than 6 meters with 1.5 meter strips with a 4 inch over lap so you would need 7 meters and then slate for any braking and scaffold erected you would be looking at £1600"

"Typically, to a erect scaffolding, at the property to strip back the tiles, remove the old lead flashing lay, new breathable felt and a new GRP valley with new treated batons and relay the same tiles your looking between £1800 to £2000"

"This would depend on how the timbers are running in to the valley to support the valley boards, The condition of the slates/ tiles all these have to be checked before pricing."
