Best extractor fan for bathroom condensation

Our bathroom gets really steamy and we’re starting to see mould around the window. Anyone recommend a good fan that actually clears the air properly?

"Hi. This is what I would recommend if you have space in your ceiling void.
Vent-Axia 100mm Inline Extractor Fan with Timer 240V

For a wall mounted extractor i would go with this.
Vent-Axia 446659B 100mm (4") Axial Bathroom Extractor Fan with Timer White 240V"

"Hello, yes you can install a premium fan, this will be very good, and you can also connect the fan to the light switch in the bathroom."

"It’s not just about Rabin afraid to say . The positioning of the fan crucial . 90% of the problem is that the fan does sod all if it’s not where the steam goes. The fan needs to be near the shower area . Also it’s always best practice to have the window cracked open if you have one. A competent bathroom fitter should know this and advise you correctly ."

"Hello,,
I would like you to know that 1st ku it all depends upon the condition of your property, anybody can recommend a Humidity Sensor Fan for your bathroom however without looking at the property you cannot just assume on just getting a bathroom Extraction Fan with humidity sensor as your property may require a PIV System ( Positive Input Ventilation ) System, PPU
( Positive Pressure Unit) so therefore without a professional looking at the issue and a professional conclusion,, you can’t recommend a De Humidity Extraction fan with out carrying out investigation on the job to determine what’s the correct best solution for your Moisture.
Hope my information is helpful to you and others,"

"I highly recommend a fan like… Envirovent SIL100 Silent-100 Axial Silent Extractor Fan Axial 100 mm / 4 Inch Timer Model (White), preferably a model with a humidity stat. If it doesn’t have a humidity stat, you can get an electrician to install one in your bathroom and connect it to the fan. The humidity stat will keep the fan running until the humidity is naturalised. Your fan also needs to have a high extraction rate… Extract Rate: for this fan is an Impressive 26 litres per second, 96 cubic metres per hour. This is one of the highest extraction rates for any 4" axial fan."

"Use an extractor that has a humidity control. that way the fan will continue to run to ensure moisture is extracted after you have left the bathroom if you have a window that opens would try doing that as well"
