What is the best store to go to for purchasing a bronze chrome water faucet?
Can you fit shower panels on top of existing tiles ? Are PVC panels durable in the shower cubicle?
Hi. I had porcelain tiles installed 18 months ago. The extractor fan is always on when I shower but I have realised lately that there is some mould that has formed between the grout and in some areas some of the grout is turning orange and some brown. Why is this and what is the best way to remove this without causing any damage to the tiles?
Hi all, I just got a quote for bathroom and WC plumbing LABOUR only first and second fix £3850 for the following: Bathroom: - Single ended (freestanding style) bath with wall mounted 3TH taps - Thermostatic exposed shower valves - Pedestal basin with 3TH taps - Toilet with concealed cistern top access - Radiator - New soil pipe to join existing soil stack outside (2.5m long extension) WC: - Small vanity unit basin with 1TH - Standard toilet Also included in price is combi boiler relocation in bathroom which is going up in height from its existing location by just 30cm - staying in bathroom but just a small relocation. And as well new 2 zones system for the boiler. The bathroom is only 2.6x1.9 in size. It’s a small family bathroom. To give you context, I am based in north-west and live in 3 bed semi-detached property. Would appreciate your thoughts/opinions whether £3850 is reasonable or too high?
We're moving into a new build property where we didn't get to chose the bathroom tiles - we're really not keen on the choice so are looking to change them. Is this something that can be done in a new build and if so how much would it cost roughly?
What would be the over all cost to renovate a small bathroom of the size 1.8m x 1.2m. The cost should be based on complete renovation including ripping off the old bathroom and disposal. This will include the installation of a shower, sink and toilet. Will also require tiling wall and floor. What could be the labour cost involved in this type of renovation.
Which will add the most value to a small bathroom - a space-saving bath or a walk-in shower?
How can I install a wash basin where no pipework is showing. What can I do to achieve this? Should I contact a plumber? Does it cost much? How long might it take?
