What affects engineered wood flooring cost?

Why are some engineered wood flooring planks so much more expensive than others, even when the wood layer is the same? E.g. Woodpecker is £80+/sqm vs Liberty which is ~£50/sqm.

    EXTERIOR SOIL STACK PIPE

Hi, My vertical soil stack pipe that carries the toilet waste from the upper levels of my house to the underground drainage system is seeping water from all the joints. All the seals look corroded and need replacing. Also the joint at the ground floor window level is slowly being pushed apart. Its pushing outwards. There is no bracket fixing it to the wall. The pipe is not solid in the ground, it moves. Could the joint that is pulling apart just be fixed by fixing a bracket to the wall and/or should the pipe be moving in the ground and if not how does that get fixed? I have been told that I should ask a plumber. Would be grateful for any advice. Thanks.

    Curved concrete paths

I'm looking at having a long curved winding path in my garden, will either be concrete or wood, but want to know if there is something I can use in either plastic or wood just to make the shape before the concrete is poured or the wood gets put into place so I have a defined path area before I start.

    Fix radiator valve

Hi, the radiator valve in my bathroom is leaking. The flat is in a period converted house and there’s no separate control to turn off and just drain the water for the flat. There are 3 communal boiler in the building. I was told we probably need to drain all waters in the boiler in the communal boiler. With that in mind, I want to know how much it cost to fix my flat valve leaking problem?

How much locksmiths charge per hour and each day in London? Does it vary depending on whether you live in the city, on the edge of the city or in the suburban areas of the general London area? Or on the other hand, are the prices practically the same?
