    am i still allowed to work on site with out a cscs card mine has expired afew yrs ago plse reply thanks

    "It is not a legal requirement to hold a CSCS card to work on any site. It is up to the Contractor or the Client. However, the majority of sites require them to work and usually, you will have to produce them on initial site induction. Taking a health and safety test is easy and you just have to book one on the CITB website."

    "In my experience before covid-19 and Brexit, it was essential to have an up-to-date card, but today they cannot find enough skilled workers as everyone has gone back to their respective European countries which leaves Britain short of skilled labour so the answer is you'll probably be ok without one."
