    Hi, the radiator valve in my bathroom is leaking. The flat is in a period converted house and there’s no separate control to turn off and just drain the water for the flat. There are 3 communal boiler in the building. I was told we probably need to drain all waters in the boiler in the communal boiler. With that in mind, I want to know how much it cost to fix my flat valve leaking problem?

    Want a new oven installed. Old one was 13amp connected via plug. Have 6mm cable attached to 40amp on circuit breaker already supplying induction hob. New oven is 2.6kW 16amp. From what I've looked at i think I do not need new wire from circuit board. Is this correct?

    I want to start my own handyman business and I'm looking for a bit of advice on how to price jobs. Should I work out an hourly rate and charge that regardless of the job. Or should I charge more for complex/skilled jobs?
