"You either have a problem with the hot water pump or the plate heat exchanger is blocked either way you will require a gas safe engineer to look at this problem"

"Hi, my name is Steve from SJS Plumbing and heating. The fault is specific to that model of Vaillant that has a hot water storage tank. The fault could be a blocked plate heat exchanger or the secondary hot water pump.
Unfortunately, you will need a heating engineer to fix it.
    Many thanks Steve"
