Ask your QuestionI don't have a hot water but I have a central heating. The display shows F81 & F91. What I can do?

"You either have a problem with the hot water pump or the plate heat exchanger is blocked either way you will require a gas safe engineer to look at this problem"

Answered on 6th Dec 2021 - Member since Oct 2021 - report"Hi, my name is Steve from SJS Plumbing and heating. The fault is specific to that model of Vaillant that has a hot water storage tank.The fault could be a blocked plate heat exchanger or the secondary hot water pump.
Unfortunately, you will need a heating engineer to fix it.

Possible fault with hot water pump on the boiler. This may well need replacing.
