    Dolphin floor tiles

I’d like floor tiles that present an overall image of a dolphin for my bathroom. How can I get a tailor-made design like this? Do most companies offer this or is this only an option provided by some companies? How much more would this cost to have a bathroom floor tiling design like this instead of just getting the floor tiled as a regular job?

    Ensuite shower removal

Hi, My master bedroom has a bodge job ensuite shower in what was initially a cupboard. It's badly fitted in and beyond saving. I'm interested in the what the steps would be to return it what to a cupboard again. The electric shower has been ripped out with a hole left in it's place. There's tiling, a light and no window and badly fitted shower floor. Thanks

Missing Flashing Causing Leak Repaired With Cement?

Our landlord got a contractor out to fix the flashing on our top floor flat chimney that was missing and causing water to pour down our wall during a storm (the whole flashing on the side was gone). I had a look today and it looks like they have just covered the bottom of the chimney with some cement mix, they haven't replaced the flashing at all. I'm a bit worried due to the age of the property (its a 1900s building) and hot/cold weather that it is going to crack and we will be back to square one. Can anyone advise? I don't want to finally paint/decorate our living room after almost 12 months just to have it get ruined again!
