    Drying out a bathroom wall around a sink

    We have water on the walls around the tiling on the wall around our bathroom sink. We want to paint the walls with bathroom paint and preferably would have a little more tiling first, but am unsure as to how we can dry the wall out or if we would have to hire a number of tradespeople to do this job, so was looking for advice if at all possible.

    Is it cheaper to extend externally or reconfigure the internal structure?

    We are extending to the side of our property. We have the option of either having a larger extension OR a smaller extension but reconfiguring a couple of load bearing walls in order to create the layout we need.
