Should I get a gas safety check on all appliances at the same time?

My boiler is due to be serviced but we also had a gas fire installed around 10 months ago. I want to get both safety checked at the same time by the same engineer so they can be on the same schedule. Is it better to have the gas fire serviced early (now) or wait until it is 12 months old but then the boiler check will be 2 months late?

Can I have a two storey side extension?

Hi, I just wanted to know if it's realistic to be able to do and get a double storey side extension on this house. There is an alley next to the boundary, which I thought might help our case going close to the boundary. https://www.zoopla.co.uk/for-sale/details/58377411/

    Composite decking prices

Hi. I'm looking to have 2 sections of our garden decked using composite. The first would be 1.5 x 3.5 m and the second 3 x 3 m in size. The garden is flat. Are you able to provide a rough estimate on how much roughly that would cost? Thank you.
