When a painter comes by to paint on a property, what steps are usually taken to protect a property from the products being used?
I have just had a new slate roof, but no flashing has been added to the parapet and firewalls. The roofer insists that this is a separate issue and not part of the roof. The firewalls are still leaking and he insists they need to be rerendered at an extra cost. Are parapets not part of the roof?
How do I know if a cassette toilet is left-handed or right-handed?
Hi, just wondering what are some of the most eco-friendly ways of paving a driveway? What steps can be taken to keep the carbon footprint of the project down and to keep it as materially as efficient as possible without meaningfully reducing the quality of the job (if possible)?

We've just had a home office installed in the garden but need to set up a wireless network but we're not sure whether it's possible to extend our home's wi-fi to the bottom of the garden or whether we need to install a separate network. We have a power supply but no reliable internet yet. What would you recommend?

So i'm trying to match the tyrolean finish as close as possible on my house. The render has been completely removed on one side of the house and scratch coat has been applied with a 3/1 ratio. I'm looking at buying some of the tyrolean mix that goes with water to try it but can it be applied directly on the scratch coat or does it need a top coat first? If i mix my own tyrolean could i put that straight onto the scratch coat or will i need another coat either way? I'm seeing mixed messages regarding whether it can be applied directly onto the scratch coat or if a topcoat needs to be applied. Thanks for any advice.
