What is the current price for 2 coats skimming per square meter?

1 per square meter is £ 24 in cost. That would be for one coat. Always remember skimming walls is applied as a two coat system, so two coats would cost  £ 52

As others have mentioned it really does depend on what your skimming on the overall m2 etc. But as a rule of thumb I would expect to be charged £10pm2
