    Poor shower pressure

    How can I increase the pressure in my 2nd floor shower as the tank is on the 1st floor. I was considering buying a pump but no idea where to install it. The 1st floor bathroom/shower has okay pressure but it's not what we're used to. The heating system isn't a combi boiler I don't think as it has a water tank, emersion switch and a boiler separate in the next closet. The heating system says 1.6-2 bar when off and on so not sure it's a pressure issue. The shower is tiled over and behind the wall so I maybe assume the pump goes in the attic space somewhere. Thanks in advance if anyone could shed some advice.

    Wiring a summer house

    I am looking to put a summer house in the garden I already have an armoured cable which is running to the garden shed at the bottom of the garden which powers a light and 1 x double socket. The summer house will sit between the house and the Garden shed My question would be I would like to put in 3 double sockets into the summer house could I put a junction box within the armoured cable that runs to the garden shed and feed electric into the summer house and then connecting all 3 sockets in sequence. Is this a safe method.

    Roof damage semi detached

    Our semi detached neighbour had a leak in bathroom which adjoins our landing wall. Roofers came recommended by letting agents and fixed their side and we asked to inspect ours whilst up there and said ours was fine. A couple of days after they finished, we found that this landing wall had damp patches (just been newly decorated) and now it is lifting the lining paper off the wall and a fine crack has now appeared. We have reported to letting agents and roofer (roofer has not responded to countless emails and voice messages). Where do we stand as we now have to get this big damp patch fixed and roof repaired before it gets worse

    I'm converting a warehouse that was an exhibition space into a trampoline park. Need to: - Replace twenty flouro tube lights with LED equivalents - Move six plug sockets 6 inches to the left (currently surface mounted with cabling encased in trunking) Contractor says we need to rip out wiring and start from scratch because: - Current wire is a grey twin and earth that causes excess smoke and is only suitable for domestic. - Current wiring is attached to redundant old pipework and ceiling trusses (4mtrs off the ground) by cable ties. - Some back office wiring is surface mounted and not running inside trunking. He says “even if our electricians test everything and it is ok, if it doesn't meet regs Building Control may not accept it due to the extent of install you are carrying out they may request everything is replaced" Sound like it is necessary or could the existing wiring remain? Site was certified safe with Napit Electrical Installation report in 2018 Ta
