Best shower brands people actually rate?

There are so many brands and I have no idea what actually matters. Think I'm maybe even more confused than when I started! Just after something reliable that isn't cheap and breaks in a year. Any recommendations?

Best go for Mira or Grohe, reasonably price and last and value for money.

Hi Greg,
To be honest if its an electrical shower your after then mira & triton are up there with there more recent models being very good. 
If its a thermostatic mixer your after again the same but there are a lot of unbranded versions that you can buy online that are decent above £120+ mark 
Anything cheaper than that then its pretty self explanatory 👍

Depends on what you're after to be honest... If it's an electric shower then Mira/Triton would be your best options.

If it's a thermostatic mixer then there are many brands out there all providing top quality items. I would be looking at price range of £150+

Hi there my name is tony (next generation plumbing and heating).
It's a minefield out there for showers with so many of them being on the Internet.
A good brand which is reliable would be hans groher axor or a bristain (hans groher as a first choice).
What you need to keep in mind is that at somepoint in the future your thermostatic cartridge on your shower will need to be replaced as non last forever. 
With a lot of the Internet brands replacement thermostatic cartridges can't be obtained. 
With hans groher and bristain you should easily be able to obtain a replacement cartridge.

aqualisa and mira are good brands, come with a good warranty and aftercare

You cannot go wrong with mira. Having said that some triton showers are very good but with showers you get what you pay for.
