Why do my new windows have condensation on the inside?

We’ve recently had new windows fitted and I’m surprised to see condensation on the inside. Is this normal with new windows? Or does it point to a serious problem?

"Hi Robert
The two pieces of glass have a seal around them and there is usually an inert gas between the two pieces of glass which stops condensation building up
The reason you have condensation is the seal is broken and The Gas has escaped
The solution is to replace the glass unit

I hope you find this helpful best regards, Cliff"

"The glass is very cold, so when warm air touches it, the moisture in the air changes into water. That’s why you see water drops on the outside. It’s not leaking from inside the glass.”"

"Hi do your new windows have trickle vents ? Are they open ?
House ,bungalow or flat ?.
You should check with your installers .
Do you adequately vent your living space ?
What type of hearing have you got ?
Etc
More info required"

"Ask the fitter or company that fitted them as the glass may have been installed back to front or there is not enough air flow."

"There maybe a few causes to having condensation to the inner pane
1) lack of ventilation do the new windows have trickle vents
2)Do the new double glazed units have a thermal coating ( the installer may have glazed them with the coating to the outside )
3) Do you have radiators directly underneath the windows and are you drying clothes on the radiators
If so this will cause condensation to any window"

"Humidity in doors basically, you need some ventilation, check trickle vents, and open window slightly if needed. Your windows are working. Best, Tim"

"It is usually down to your heating the windows will settle down after a little while but you have to have your heating at the correct temperature"
