Timber decay and wood bearing insect infestation

Had a survey report which says active and significant timber decay and wood borng insect infestation to floorboards and exposed floor joists within the cellar.

Does anyone have any idea of how this would be rectified, how difficult it would be and what would the issues be if we didn't get it sorted soon? If anyone had a rough idea of price I'd be really grateful.

"Is best to get rid of all infected wood timber and make sure that there is no other location where they might exist you may have to use insecticide to make sure and then prepare to replace with new timber"

"If the said timbers are infested with wood worm you new to spray bug if there rotting behold repair you to spray the area to kill the infestation then renew the timbers too it will be an expensive job couldn’t say how much as would need to be properly surveyed"

"Hi, if the decay is dry rot the chances are your joists will need replacing, plaster removed 1 metre back from infected area and treatment used to kill rot spores, this can be expensive depending on how big your ground floor is the joists in The cellar above your head are what you walk across on the ground floor of your house, if it’s wet rot and infestation then it depends how many joists it has affected, I suggest you get a professional tradesman out to have a look"
