Tank removal needed for loft conversion?

Our loft has a tank in it. Does this mean we'll need to remove it and install a new system if we convert the loft?

"It depends on the heating system, if you have a combo boiler the heating system will not need a tank in the loft
If you ask a plumber or heating engineer to advise you they should provide you with free advice and quote for any work needed."

"you could leave it and move it to an area out of the way and put a oil eco radiator in the loft if the tank is just a header tank for the central heating"
