Slate roof single repair

Hi, I've got a slate tile missing at the very bottom edge of my roof, do I need to 'replace the whole row directly above' or can each individual tile be replaced properly? Thank you

Yes individual can be replaced,  beat options is to change and check for any others that need re fixed

You don’t have to be a scientist to know this if your neighbours roof comes onto your property you have every right in the world to remove it First procedures would be to speak to your neighbour and trying to resolve it man to man order wise there is a trespass court order which I would always leave till the very very last result

Each slate can be replaced individually, by removing that one slate and replacing with a new one and securing in place with a lead strap.

you don't have to replace the whole row of tiles, you can replace each tile individually

It can be strapped in with aluminium straps and stuck down with a silicone grip adhesive to ensure they don’t fall again.
