Located in Mansfield, J E Hammond is a local tradesmen with 30 years of combined experience in its team. We offer services in the surrounding Chesterfield, Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire areas. Our building contractors can take on full projects and manage them through to completion but, with all trades available, we can also take on smaller jobs across the region on an individual basis.
Primarily working on behalf of the domestic sector, we offer a wide range of key services to include the construction of house extensions, kitchen installations, bathroom installations and the fitting, maintenance, repair and replacement of flat roofing systems across a range of materials.
We also have a full supporting range of building services available.
With so much experience behind us, the building contractors and tradesmen can manage larger projects professionally and completely in-house. If you need to extend, refurbish or renovate a home, we can assist you with a modern project management service.
We guarantee completed jobs for 12 months. We always work to strict timescales and a set budget, we will work on during the evenings and over the weekend, if it is required, to make sure we finish your project on the expected completion date.

Extremely pleased with the service provided by Johnny and his team. Customer service was 110%; attentive, informative and I never felt like a nuisance asking questions. They did a great, efficient job of replacing a ceiling, which needed strengthening with steel as recommended by structural engineers. I would definitely recommend this company.
