Security of key safes

How secure are key safes? Are there any known issues with using them?

"They are very safe a lot of security companies use them and a number of households. Do not get caught out with a cheap one and get it fitted correctly"

"A good quality keysafe installed onto brick or concrete wall using manufacture instruction are safe. Try to use police approved ones. Its only when using cheap keysafes or when installed incorrectly . That they have been known to be broken open or jammed up so cant be open with code. Also I try not to install them in easy view of passerby ."
