"It all depends on how the current patio was laid. It may need a better sub base installation and many other factors that will determine the cost.

But a guide you can use is a rough cost of between £130-£180 per m2.
Just find out the area size and work it out with those numbers and that will give you your minimum and maximum.

Also an extra cost of £250-£400 per manhole cover if they are needed. That is all inclusive of labour and materials.

Hope this helps 👍"

"Depends on the area to be lifted and how much material I.e sand and cement to relay"

"you would need a skip or waste clearance for the old mortar under the slabs and on the slabs, depending on what the sub-base is like potenially digging down to be able to add more stone, then the relaying itself youre looking easily £100 a sqm"

"You may not need to relay all the slabs , I have done this kind of work before, I normally Jet wash the slabs which will take out all the weeds between the slabs and if any slabs have sunk then I would lift the sunken slabs and relay them. It would be hard to give a quote without seeing the job ."

"There’s too many variables to simply answer how much it would cost. There’s a question of how they’re lay currently, whether any base materials are needed, size of slabs etc. Anyone quoting should really be seeing the job first."

"Depending on what you’re after and what slabs there are. You can either lay the slabs with cement or lay on sharp sand and cry cement mixed in but first you must make sure ground below the slabs is solid otherwise you will have to lay some type 1 and compact first

Ground is solid and using cement between £1000 and £1500 depending on size of patio

Ground is solid and using sharp sand and dry cement between £1500 and £2500 depending on size of patio"

"It depends on the size of the patio and what they are laid on but I would reckon on around £50 per square metre minimum"
