Redo skirting/new skirting

How much would the cost range be to remove skirting board and put on new ones for 35m² room?

"Subjective question! Depends upon the Tradesman on how he/she prefers to work.
Day rate or by the hour.
Then there is the materials to be considered-Skirtings vary in price depending on the style quantity.
To summarise-I wouldn't expect you to pay any less than £250 for that work."

"Labour only £180 that would include removing old to the dump. I would ask to supply and deliver too."

"it could vary on the standard of work it could be old then it may be listed .. so the price may go up according to the specif types of scribe cuts and hand work associated with the skirting boards and architraves and then the prep work is it to be wood finish or painted or stained does it need detail to attention.

"Hi, I usually charge £10 pm labour only. But if not it will drastically change depending on the material. MDF is nicer and easier to work with but is much more expensive than soft wood. However soft wood can come very bowed and requires more decorating. Hope this helped"
