"Yes but I wouldn't recommend. Why prime previously painted surfaces? A simple sand, prime/undercoat and a finish coat is worth it."

"You could - it depends on what colour it was to begin with and what you’re changing it to. Also depends on the finish you want. Would advise at least a light sand to get your new paint to hold nicely"

"No i would always rub down before priming has the primer will be better before adding top coats"

"Always sand first for best result, undercoat or 2+ coat of your available paint.

😁"

"No, without sanding you can't get the good quality of painting"

"No, you will have to use an abrasive pad to remove nibs etc, then apply a mist coat over the surfaces prior to carrying out any decorations, regards Anthony"

"Yes that would be fine I would also use a undercoat to give it a better Finnish"

"Ideally not, the purpose to sand the walls is so the primer adhere to the surface much better then paint adhere to the primer.

This makes sure the paint lasts for longer else it might start flaking/peeling then you wasted your time and money on paint and have to do patch up."
