Wallpaper Removal and Ceiling Cove Work
I hired EGI for a full decoration job less than a year ago, and the quality has been extremely poor. Issues: Laminate floor panels were not locked properly and are now sliding/dislodging. No care taken during work—no dust sheets used, resulting in paint and plaster splashed on multiple new installations (hob, sink, worktop, radiators, washing machine, boiler, cupboard, front door, toilet, and even inside the oven display panel). Tenants have now reported that paint is peeling off from the ceiling and creating a dust-like layer on furniture. When I requested him to rectify the sliding laminate flooring and the peeling ceiling that my tenants complained about, the tradesman refused to take responsibility and even suggested that paint and skimming only last a few months, which is unacceptable for professional work. Communication was unprofessional, and after multiple attempts to resolve this, my request was rejected. I would not recommend this tradesperson.
EGI painting & decorating, handyman servicesWhen you don't pay last your bil, keep that money for snagging, didn't tell anything after job been done, and then back to me after 8 months, and asking to come back to sort things for free, some people just try this chance, don't working that way, no after 8 months, next time have to pay your bills if you want someone back sorting things for you, still i don't think so anyone will do that after 8 months going to take responsibility for someone have lived for a half years
