Is it worth clearing moss off the roof

Moss keeps growing back every year and I’m not sure if it’s doing any harm? Is it something I need to deal with or can I leave it?

"You can leave it but over time it will damage your tiles if it keeps coming back every year it hasn't been properly treated.
Should clean the roof then add a spray that prevents the moss from growing back hope this helps"
