Ideal time of rubber roofing

Is there an ideal time of year to install rubber roofing and if so, how come?

"Hi Charles, you should look to install your rubber roof on a dry day that isn’t too cold for best results. For an EPDM rubber roof to be installed correctly, water-based deck adhesive and contact bonding adhesive need to be applied."
