"To do a straight forward stop cock change with no comlecations you should be looking around the £80 area. That's providing its easily accessible and the street mains is operable."

"All depends really if the outside stopcock works and what pipe the internal one connects to."

"Range from £85 to £125 roughly. Depends on access too"

"An internal stop cock which is in a average sized domestic property which is 15mm or 22mm with ease of access and a external stopcock present should be around a hours labour with parts included I would say around the £120 mark but other factors such as access issues or not being able to isolate could cause this price to double or more and anything that is of a commercial size/grade would be dramatically higher, I hope this gives you a clearer understanding of said question"

"Hi, roughly £75-£100 including materials and depending on the access to the pipeline.
Thanks"

"About £75 if it's a straight swap out butbthere are many issues that can arise. Worse case I've had is the joint being slightly sub floor lever and no main cut off in the street. Had to call out Thames Water to fit main tap outside. So it was a long job. My only advice would be to get someone to come look at it first to be sure."

"We usually charge by the hour so as long as the stopcock can be isolated from outside, we would estimate this job to be around £150"

"It all depends on if there is external control , if not it possibly can be frozen, but as a rough estimate 100-160"

"For a simple replacement by a pro, £100–£250 is a typical range. If the job is trickier or urgent, it can go up to £300–£400+"
